Before you book
Photography turnaround is typically 24–48 hours. Video tours are typically delivered within 2–3 days. Payment is due at the time of the shoot.
Standard pricing includes a 0–30 mile round trip from Antioch. A 31–60 mile round trip adds $30 for one listing appointment.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Weather
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $75 fee.
If access is unavailable when we arrive, or the property is not ready to be photographed, a rescheduling fee may also apply. We will always do our best to work with you when unexpected situations arise.
Weather-related rescheduling initiated by Jay Hooker Photography does not incur a rescheduling fee. Drone, twilight and certain exterior services may be rescheduled when conditions would significantly affect safety or image quality.

Yes. Aerial photography is $175 for up to 7 images and is subject to weather, wind, airspace and FAA restrictions.
Can you photograph community amenities?
Yes. The $125 Community Amenities add-on may include signage, tennis courts, community pool and clubhouse exterior.
